Leavie Bryant Smith, 82, died February 26, 2010.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 5, at Hillside Cemetery, Laurinburg, NC.
He is survived by a brother, Lawrence Henry Smith of Laurinburg, NC and a sister, Martha Evans of Easley, SC.
A native of Laurinburg, Leavie served with the US Navy and afterwards was employed with Cameron Brown in Raleigh for 30 years, and for 20 years was with Computer Power, Inc. in Jacksonville.
