Lauren Arnold Eaton

Lauren Arnold Eaton, 71, of Troy passed away Friday, November 19, 2021 after a long battle with COPD and recent illness.

Services will be private.

Lauren was born April 15, 1950 in Georgetown, the son of the late Walter and Mabel Crumb Eaton. Lauren attended DeRuyter High School. Throughout life, Lauren enjoyed tinkering with automobiles. In 2005, Lauren retired from Oneida Ltd. Lauren loved fishing. On weekends and throughout retirement, you could find Lauren baiting his hook and tossing a line in the water with his grandkids by his side.

Lauren is survived by his children, Edward (Kari) of Norwich, Jennifer Hill of Chittenango, Jon Miner of Darlington, SC, Crystal Klass (Don) of Troy NC, and Theodore of Oneida; his sisters and brother, Kathy Swind (Fred) of DeRuyter, Carol Perkins of Union Valley, Darlene Windham of Darlington, SC, Cindy Hurlbert of Myrtle Beach, and James Eaton (Jewel) of Florence, SC; and his 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren of whom he was very proud. Lauren also leaves many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mabel Crumb Eaton; brothers, Timothy Eaton and Leon Eaton, and (grandson) Zachary Hill.
