Larry Richard Holt

Larry Richard Holt, age 50, passed away Monday, June 1, 2020 at his home.

A Celebration of Life service will be Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 4 pm at the Bumgarner Family Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Monty Clark officiating.  His service will be live streamed on our Facebook page beginning at 4 pm Sunday.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Due to restrictions provided by the State of North Carolina regarding gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, seating will be limited.

Born November 14, 1969 in Mercer County, West Virginia, he was a son of Vicki Cline Holt of Thomasville and step-father Eddie Holt of Troy.  Larry was a graduate of West Montgomery High School and Strayer University with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.  He loved WWE-pro wrestling, fishing and was an avid Panthers fan.  He worked in retail sales.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James I. and Jean B. Cline; paternal grandparents, George and Lucille Sink; and paternal step-grandparents, Cleat and Lucy Holt.
