Graveside services are 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the Blue Cemetery. Visitation is 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
He is survived by his children, Corey and Lakota Locklear; father, Jimmy Blue; sister, Michelle Henderson (Dewayne), brothers, Jerry (Chasity) Locklear, James Locklear, and Timmy Blue; grandparents, Winford and Sallie Blue.
