Ms. Katherine M. Buckworth, 72, died Friday September 16, 2011 at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
The Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel, officiated by the Rev. Dr. Glenn Harris. Burial will follow at Richmond Memorial Park in Rockingham.
Born September 2, 1939, in Richmond County, she was the daughter of the late Brock and Cora Odom Outlaw, and was the stepdaughter of the late William Blue.
She is survived by her two sons, Leslie D. Hoyle of Raleigh, and James E. Buckworth, Jr. of Jacksonville, two nieces, Virginia "Dunnie"A
