Jesse M. Lynthacum

Jesse “Bud” Mac Lynthacum, 80, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Fellowship Ministry.

Jesse was born July 22, 1940 to the late Jessie and Mae Lynthacum. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, his grandchildren, his favorite pet Oakey, and loved building things with his hands.

Jesse is survived by his wife of 50 years, Norma Hurley Lynthacum of the home; sons, Donnie Lynthacum and Allen Lynthacum of Troy; and daughter, Samantha.  Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Hare, Ken Hare, and Thurmond Hare; and sister, Mable Hare.
