Jerry Wayne Lomax, 84, of Laurinburg, N.C., passed away Friday, May 28, 2021, from complications of heart disease.
He was born in Guilford County, N.C., on February 4th, 1937. Happily married to Hilda Hughes of Asheboro for 50 years, Jerry is survived by Hilda and their son Mac, as well as son Jeffery, daughter Joanie, and sister Margaret Miller.
Service arrangements for close friends and family will be forthcoming.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks those inclined to make a donation to their local humane society or the ASPCA.
