Jeanette Reynolds Russell

Jeanette Reynolds Russell, 97, of Troy passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Autumn Care in Biscoe.

Services will be private.

Born November 4, 1927, in Montgomery County, she was a daughter of the late Newton Allen and Annie Elizabeth Morris Reynolds. Jeanette was a member of Troy Wesleyan Church in Troy and had worked at Capel Rug Mill for over 50 years. She loved her family and enjoyed all the many times she spent with them.

She is survived by her son, Terry M. Russell (Shirley); daughter, Carol R. Hall (Eddie); grandchildren, Karen R. Humphreys, John E. Hall, and Meredith H. Shuping; great-grandchildren, Drew Russell, Bradley Russell, Justin Russell, Nathan Thompson and Evie-Paige Hall; and two great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Albert Matthew Russell; son, Phillip Warren Russell of Troy; brothers, Rev. JC Reynolds and Harold Reynolds; sister, Inez R. Hamilton; and grandson, Stephen Douglas Russell.

The family would like to thank the staff at Autumn Care for all their care and concern for Jeanette.
