James Samuel Locklear, age 57, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
Services will be private.
Born March 26, 1965 in Robeson County, he is the son of Vera Lee Clark Locklear and the late James Nunk Locklear. He liked NASCAR and walking. He enjoyed his hat collection; and especially loved being a grandpa.
He is survived by his daughters, April Locklear of Laurel Hill and Sammie Jo Locklear (Willie) of Hamlet; his brother, Steve Locklear; and three grandchildren, David McNair, Timothy Sloan and Jeramiah Sloan all of Hamlet.
Bumgarner Family Funeral service and Crematorium is assisting the family.
