James Baldwin ''Jim'' Bullard

Mr. James Baldwin "Jim" Bullard, 75, formerly of Wagram died Monday, November 19, at Autumn Care in Raeford.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Spring Hill Baptist Church officiated by the Rev. Van Ingram. Visitation will follow the service in the church fellowship hall. Burial will be 12:30 at Spring Hill Cemetery.

He is survived a sister, Marion Valentine of Gainesville, FL; a nephew, Will Bullard; two nieces, Maureen Chieffertt, and Margaret Bullard of Wagram.
