James "Frankie" Frank Mauldin

James "Frankie" Frank Mauldin, 71, of Troy passed away Monday, November 3, 2025 at his residence.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Southside Cemetery in Troy, officiated by Tony Sedberry. The family will receive friends following the service in the cemetery. 

Born May 29, 1954, in Montgomery County, he was a son of the late Clint and Kathleen Wallace Mauldin. Frankie was a self-employed logger for many years. He enjoyed playing his guitar, working, and spending time with people.

He is survived by his brother, Mitchell Mauldin, Sr. (Betty Carol) of Troy; and sister, Ruby Carrick of Candor. He is preceded in death by his brother, C.A. Mauldin.
