Mr. J. W. Rogers, 76, formerly of Laurinburg died Saturday, July 8, at the Veteran affairs Medical Center in Syracuse, NY.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Hillside Memorial Park.
He is survived by two daughters, Ann Millman of Duluth, MN and Linda McMillan of Columbia, SC; three sisters, Azalee Gagnon and Mae faust of Syracuse, Julia Kaiser of Fayetteville, NY; two brothers, John M. Rogers of North Syracuse and Willie Rogers of Goldsboro.
He was a former US army veteran of World War II, a Mason, and a retired employee of Eaton Corporation.
