Inez Robinson Chavis, 94, died Thursday, May 31, at Autumn Care in Raeford.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium . Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
She is survived by her son, Corbett Chavis of Laurinburg; Erlene Passmore of Charlotte; 10 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Carson Chavis.
Born April 20, 1918 in Bennettsville, SC, she was a daughter of the late David and Annie Sturdivant Robinson and widow of the late Pink W. Chavis. She was a homemaker.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
