Ida Smith Mcgee

Mrs. Ida Smith McGee, 93, died Thursday, June 28, 2001 at Windsor House Nursing Home in Rockingham.

A graveside service was held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 30, at Hillside Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers was Jason Weeks, Roy Guinn, Robert Ellis, Wayne Morgan, Ed Wright, and Jimmy Weeks.

Born August 26, 1907, she was retired from Springs Mills and a member of the East Laurinburg Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She is survived by two sons, Ralph McGee, Jr. of Delmar, DE, and Jimmy McGee of Laurinburg; grandchildren, Jerry and wife, Linda McGee, Ellen and husband, Jimmy Weeks, Brenda and husband, Edward Wright, Helen and husband, Roy Guinn all of Laurinburg; Jackie and husband, Charlie Womble of Atlanta, and Mike McGee of Raleigh eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
