Henry Floyd "Bud" of "Possum" Pearson, 88, passed away Sunday, October 28, at his home.
A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Peele-Pearson Cemetery on Pearson Road.
He is survived by his son, Kenneth Pearson of Tucson, AZ; his daughter, Linda Hinshaw of Pleasant Garden, NC; his sister, Faye Dunn of Summerville, SC; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Born April 8, 1924 in Marlboro County, he was a son of the late Henry F. and Ethel Gibbs Pearson. He was a retired foreman at several area saw mills.
