She will be buried January 6, 2010 at Hillside Cemetery in Laurinburg.
Born December 26, 1927 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late Champ Junior and Mary Frances Carpenter Terry.
She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Darlene Franks of Bronx, NY; a sister, Ruth Maness of Fayetteville, a niece, Laura Triece of Wilmington.
