Harold Monroe "Slim" Norton, 67, formerly of Laurinburg died Wednesday, March 10.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at the home of his brother, 95 Swan Drive, Maxton.
He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Dawn Norton of Greensboro and Kimberly Jo Norton of Laurinburg; his brother, Benjamin Norton (Pearl) of Maxton; hia sister, Annie Thomas of Georgia; 4 grandchildren.
Born January 23, 1949 in Scotland County, he was a son of the late Jessie and Bessie Snuggs Norton.
