Mr. Halton Albert Billetter, 95, of Scotia Village died Thursday, February 26, at Scotia Village.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Sunday at the Morris Morgan Room, Scotia Village officiated by Chaplain Tom Groome and the Rev. James Brown.
He is survived by his wife, Winifred "Winnie" Mae Bean Billetter.
Hal was an engineer in pipe construction for 34 years before retiring.
