Georgia Marsh Harding, 94, passed away Monday, March 11, 2012 at Morrison Manor.
Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Thursday at Northview Harvest Ministries officiated by the Rev. Kenneth Blease and Pastor Faye Coates. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter; Linda Tilson of Laurinburg; two grandsons, Tommy Tilson (Natascha) of Lumberton and Bob Tilson (April) of Gibson; six great grandchildren, Aleah Tilson, Alana Tilson, Shandi Tilson, Dylan Tilson, Ethan Lowery and Alyssa Patterson; and two special nieces, Ann Walters (Vernon) of Laurel Hill and Beth Moore (Earl) of West Columbia, S.C. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Clarence Edwin Harding, and her son, Clarence Edwin "Eddie" Harding Jr.
Georgia was born Sept. 9, 1918 in Cumberland County and was a daughter of the late Charles J. and Alma Howell Marsh. She graduated cosmetology school and was self employed as a cosmetologist for 25 years. She and her husband were also owners of Happy Time Daycare in Laurel Hill. She was a teacher of the adult women's class of Maxton Presbyterian and also worked with Meals on Wheels with the Maxton Housing Authority.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
