George Smith, 86, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Multitudes Church. Burial will follow with Military Honors in Hillside Cemetery.
He is survived by his son, George F. Smith of Alpharetta, GA; and a grandson, Roland Smith.
Born June 12, 1929 in Scotland County, he was a son of the late James W. and Laller Nichols Smith. He served over 20 years in the US Army and later served in the civil service in Aberdeen, MD.
George enjoyed fishing. NASCAR, and was an avid fan of Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Multitudes.
