Mrs. Geneva Creech Stancil, 84, of Scotia Village and formerly of West Blvd. Died Saturday, June 8, at Scotia Village.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church officiated by the Rev. Dr. Mack Thompson.
A visitation/service will be 3 p.m. at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson. Burial will be 4 p.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Benson.
She is survived by two sons, R. Wayne Stancil and wife, Maggie of North Myrtle Beach and B. Dale Stancil of Winston-Salem; a brother, Bobby Creech of Smithfield; a sister, Georgia Way of Benson; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was born June 27, 1917 in Johnston County and was a daughter of the late Robert and Mary Barbour Creech and widow of the late O. V. Stancil. She was the retired owner and operator of Stancila
