Frederick Wayne Clark, 46, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
A funeral service will be Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Gray Pond Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. David Kee, Rev. Horace Oxendine, and Rev. Dwayne Powers. Burial will follow in the Clark Family Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Born on November 30, 1970 in Scotland County, he was a son of Ben James Clark and Shelby Jane Chavis Woodard.
Along with his parents, he is survived by three daughters, Ashley Clark Seibles of Hamlet, Alyxus Clark of Maxton and Chloe Clark of Wagram; son, Frederick Wayne Clark Jr. of Hamlet; brothers, Jessie Clark (Shelly) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Kevin Clark of Laurinburg; sisters, Audrey Chavis (Chris) of Maxton and Pamela Thompson (Steve) of Columbia, TN; special friend, Valerie Coleman; four grandchildren; eleven nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.
Freddie enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
