Mr. Frank Benson Myers, 82, died Wednesday, February 27, at his residence.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel officiated by the Rev. Ralph Brown and Rev. Patricia Stone. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife , Eunice Pate Myers; one son, Frank Benson, Myers, Jr. of Laurinburg; three daughters, Brenda Adams and husband, James of Virginia Beach, Bobbe McLean and husband, David of Maxton and Sally Rosenthal and husband, Mike of Chicago; one brother, Horace Myers and wife, Betty of Laurinburg; one sister, Nelma McLeod of Norman; five grandchildren, Winde Witt, Arthur Adams , Frank Benson Myers, III, Christopher McLean and Jack Rosenthal and five great granddaughters. Frank was preceded in death by a grandson, Joseph Adams.
Born April 25, 1925 in Richmond County, he was a son of the late George Benson Myers and Sallie Butler Myers. Frank was a World War II Army Veteran and was in the logging business. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church where he attended the Ed Guest Sunday School Class. He was also a member of the VFW and American Legion.

The family is especially appreciative of the loving care of Leslie Sheppard, Ruby Ware, Martha Easterlin, Jamie Haywood, and Sharon Bray, all of whom are with Hospice of Scotland County.
Visitation will be held Friday 7-9 p.m. at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
