Mr. Frank Garrett Fields, 60, of 12121 Cameron Way died Wednesday, February 26, at Scotland Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Wagram Church of God officiated by the Rev. Harry Clark. Burial will follow in Scotland Cemetery.

Born April 13, 1942 in Scotland County, he was a son of the late Frank Garrett and Myrtle Caviness Fields. He was retired as a shipping manager for West Point/Stevens, having begun employment with Morgan Mills and later J. P. Stevens. Frank also enjoyed restoring classic automobiles. Two years ago Frank was a heart transplant recipient.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ellis Fields; a son, Garrett Fields of Ocean Isle Beach; a step son, Jason Thompson of Great Lakes, IL; a step-daughter, Stephanie Spivey of Wagram; a brother, Samuel Fields of Hamlet; a sister, Vickie Taylor of Laurinburg; 2 step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Friday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
