Frances Parker McCall, 88, formerly of Gibson died Saturday, May 26, at Morrison Manor.
Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at St. John's United Methodist Church officiated by the Revs. Myron and Barbara Dice. Burial will follow in the Seales Family Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Gary and Rodney Parker, Jonathan, Daniel and Brandon McInnis, J. D. Seales, and Thomas Brigman.
She is survived by her daughters, Betty S. Parker with whom she lived, and Dannie S. McInnis (Richard) of Laurinburg; her sons, John (Johnny) Seales (Olean) of Gibson, and Tommy Brigman (Patty) of Laurinburg; 10 Grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 6 great, great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. One great, great grandson, Michael Parker, was special to her. Since birth he would spend weekends with her. They had a special bond as he gave her as much attention as she gave him.
Frances was born March 9, 1924 in Scotland County to the late Thomas J. and Rosa Belle Chance Parker.
She was very active in her church and in the community. She participated in the Senior Games, was a contestant in the MS. Senior Pageant in 1986, was a member of the VFW Post 2008, the Young at Heart Club, served as a visitation hostess at McDougald Funeral Home for many years, and was involved in many other activities.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 28, at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
