Mrs. Flora Elizabeth Smith, 84, died Sunday, June 13, at Willow Haven Rest Home.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel officiated by the Rev. James Earl Henderson. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hasty.
Born July 18, 1914 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late William and Sallie Locklear and widow of the late Ollie Smith.
She is survived by 3 nephews, James Archie Locklear and Frank A. Locklear of Charlotte, and Thomas Locklear of Laurinburg; 3 nieces, Clorine Chavis, Deavie Strickland, and Sallie Locklear of Laurinburg and Mary Scott of Corpus Cristi, TX.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Monday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
