Mr. Everette J. (Bill) Brigman, 63, of 15341 Oak Street died Saturday, Feb. 24, at Duke Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at McDougald Funeral Home in Laurel Hill. Burial will follow in Wrighta
