Born July 27, 1968 in Scotland County, NC. she was a daughter of Joyce Anderson and Hershell and Martha Williams. She was an adoring and loving mother to her only daughter, Maggie Anne. Anne attended school in Scotland County and graduated with the class of 1986. She enjoyed other children, watching cartoons, animals and nature and was an avid gardener.
She is survived by her daughter, Maggie Anne Hope Warlick and Maggiea
