Mrs. Elizabeth Gibson Smith "Lib" McDougald passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hillside Cemetery in Laurinburg.
She was born August 21, 1916 in Laurinburg, NC and was a long standing member of Grace United Methodist Church where she was Woman of the Year and a member of the Daughters of the Confederacy.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Malcolm John and Pat McDougald of Savannah and William Alexander and Donna McDougald of Southside, AL; five granddaughters, Camille, Caroline, Hillary, Alexis and Valerie.
Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church, 6412 Waters Ave., Savannah, GA 31406.
