Elizabeth Rogers "Lib" Nichols, 99, died Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Scotia Village.

A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Morris Morgan Entertainment Center at Scotia Village officiated by the Rev. Patrician Stone-Butson. Burial will be 4:00 p.m. at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery in Rockingham.

Born October 17, 1914 in Hoke County, she was a daughter of the late Henry James and Blanche Hasty Rogers and widow of the late Floyd Nichols. Lib was an active volunteer for the American Red Cross and Scotland Memorial Hospital.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 101 W. Church St., Laurinburg, NC 28352.
