Mr. Ebbie Franklin Lassiter, 59, of 1213 Charles Drive died Thursday, June 19, at the Duke University Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church officiated by the Revs. L. D. Kimrey and Ken Smith. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
He is survived by two daughters, Angie Lassiter of Laurinburg and Kim Thornburgh of Mobile, AL; his mother, Mae Lassiter of Laurinburg; a brother, Joe Lassiter of Laurinburg; 2 grandchildren, Kendall and Dawson Thornburgh of Mobile, AL.
Born December 31, 1943 in Lumberton, he was also a son of the late Julian Lassiter and widower of the late Dawn Trull Lassiter. Ebbie was a former manager for Kennya
