Dotye Jane (Wilson) Bronson

Dotye Jane Wilson Bronson, 70, of Biscoe, passed away Monday, June 3, 2024 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

Services will be announced at a later date.

Born September 30, 1953, in Fort Wayne, IN, she was a daughter of the late Mitchell Lee and Evelyn Ruth Adams Wilson. Dotye liked to read, solving puzzles, listening to music, Elvis, and The Beatles. She was an animal activist and donated to animal causes. Dotye was a colorful and loyal person. She loved to travel and loved visiting the Biltmore Estate.

She is survived by her daughter, Danielle Lucindy Bronson of Franklinville; sisters, Betty Palmer of Alabama, Barbara Hopson and Frances Palmer, both of California; and grandchildren, Jimma Marie, Winter Eva, and Peyton Lucindy, all of Franklinville. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Jim “Butch” Bronson; brother, Billy Wilson; and sisters, Mary Sue Hibbard and Debra Hibbard.
