Doris Smith, 65, died Saturday, February 7, at Morrison Manor.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Laurel Hill United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
Born May 22, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Elvin Tennyson and Mary Ruth Tindall Smith; sister of the late Jerry Marcus Smith, Edward Tennyson "Bobby" Smith, Elvin Tennyson Smith, Jr.; and Mary Frances Smith McIntyre.
She was a retired inspector for J. P. Stevens and a sales associate at Belk.
Doris was also an active member of the Laurel Hill United Methodist Church where she served on the administrative council and in the Ladies Sunday School Class.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
