Doris Cynthia Saunders Grimsley, 85, passed away Friday, August 19, 2022 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
Services will be private.
Born August 15, 1937, in Montgomery County, she was a daughter of the late Samuel Jones and Cynthia Blue Saunders.
She is survived by her sister, Marie Riley of Rocky Point; five step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; four step-great-great grandchildren; and eight nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Linkous Grimsley.
Bumgarner Family Funeral Service is assisting the Grimsley family.
