Mrs. Dawn Trull Lassiter, 56, of 1213 Charles Drive died Monday, January 28, at her home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church officiated by the Revs. Kyle Batson, Frieda Cole and the Rev. Dr. Mack Thompson.
Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
She is survived by her husband, Ebbie Lassiter; two daughters, Angie Lassiter of Laurinburg and Kim L. Thornburgh of Mobile, AL her mother, Ruth Trull of Concord; two grandchildren; Kendall and Dawson Thornburgh of Mobile, AL.
Born February 5, 1945 in Concord, she was also a daughter of the late Fred Lee Trull.
Dawn had a long, proud history as a registered nurse in Scotland County. She worked with Dr. George Creed, Dr. David Williams, Scotland Memorial Hospital, Fieldcrest-Cannon, and most recently with West Point a
