Dale Richard Hollinger, 75, died Sunday, June 24, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
A service will be held later in York, PA.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie Cribb Gibson Hollinger; his daughter, Candy Lauer (Kyle) of York; his step daughters, Jody Tucker (Billy) of York, and Lisa Gibson Johnston (Phillip) of Spokane, WA; his sister, Roberta Kutsch (Joseph) of York, his brother, John Hollinger of York; his grandchildren, Kylynn Lauer, Caleb Tucker, Jairus Tucker, and Claire Johnston.
He was a US Army veteran and received an associate's degree from Penn State. For 41 years he worked as an engineer for York International/Borg-Warner.
