Coleman Mack Frizzell, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at his residence.

A memorial service to honor Mack’s life will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Old Laurel Hill Presbyterian Church, officiated by Rev. Robert Button.

Born on July 11,1956, in Montgomery County, he was a son of the late Everette and Geraldine Sisk Frizzell.

Mack lived a life marked by hard work and deep devotion to his family. He found joy in simple pleasures. He loved going joy riding, cherishing the freedom and peace that came with the open road. Most importantly, he treasured spending quality time with his family, a passion that remained central throughout his life.

Mack’s surviving family includes two daughters, Rachael McKeen of Woodleaf, NC, and Lisa Marie Harris of Mooresville, NC; eight grandchildren; a great grandchild; brothers, Bo Frizzell of Marston, Wally Frizzell of Laurel Hill, Thurman Frizzell of Dyersburg, TN, Frosty Frizzell of Hamlet, and Bobby Frizzell of Marston; and sisters Jerri Frizzell of Anderson, SC, and Irene Frizzell of Hamlet. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Vogt.

Mack’s legacy is one of steadfast dedication—to family, to his work, and to the simple joys of life. He will be remembered with respect and affection by all who had the privilege to know him.
