Charlie Martin Quick, Jr., 65, died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at Morrison Manor.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
He is survived by two sons, Jason Quick and Jarret Quick of Indian Trail; a brother, Melvin Quick of Laurel Hill; a sister, Yvonne Kersey of Laurel Hill; an uncle, Don Bartell; two aunts, Sylvia Baldwin and Linda Heiser; and special friends, Kitty Johnson and Kayla Turner.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Clark Quick and a brother, Randy Quick.
Born March 6, 1945 in Scotland County, he was a son of the late Charlie M. and Mildred Stanton Quick. He served in the US Army as an Honor Guard. He was also a dry wall contractor and enjoyed NASCAR, taking care of his lawn, and Pepsi Cola.
