Mr. Charles "Charlie" R. Usher, 55, of 9440 Pate Street, died Sunday, February 23, at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel officiated by the Rev. Jim Dickerson.
Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
He is survived by his brother; Odell Usher of Rock Hill, SC. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Reba "Sis" Usher.
He was born September 22, 1947 in Rock Hill, SC and was a son of the late Odell and Elizabeth B. Usher. He was a veteran of the US Army. He worked with Abbott Labs and was a self employed painter.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7-9:00 pm. at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium, Laurinburg and other times at the home, 9440 Pate St., Laurel Hill.
