Mr. Charles Reginald Bolton, Sr., 69, died February 6, 2017 at Morrison Manor.
The family will receive friends 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday, February 17, 2017 at McDougald Funeral Home & Crematorium.
Born October 2, 1947 in Marlboro County, SC, he was the son the late Frank & Virginia Baxley Bolton. A graduate of McColl High School, Charles served in the US ARMY during the Vietnam War. He also worked in maintenance with Eaton Corporation and Campbell Soup.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, a son, Chuck Bolton (Mary Shannon) of Laurinburg; a sister, Gail B. Hardee of Laurinburg; grandchildren, Hannah Bolton, Landon Desmond, & Noah Pate; a niece, Penny Oxendine (Tommy); three great-nieces, and a host of relatives and friends.
Charles was also preceded in death by a son, Kevin Bolton.
McDougald Funeral Home is serving the family.
