Mrs. Cattie Mae Lowery, 86, of 30647 Hill Creek Road, died Tuesday, January 28, at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel officiated by the Rev. Winfred Blue.
She is survived by three sons; James B. Lowery of Wagram, David Lowery of Oakboro, NC and Clyde W. Lowery of Laurinburg; three daughters, Cattie M. Cribb of Laurel Hill, Bessie Brooks of Oakboro, NC and Hazel Lowery of Wagram; a sister, Helen Strickland of Pinehurst; Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was born April 22 1916 in Columbia, SC Her husband, Henry Belton Lowery, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held Thursday, 6-8 pm at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
