Casey Dunn

Casey Dunn passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at the age of 67, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 8, 2024 at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service and Crematorium Chapel, officiated by Pastor Hal Culberson.   Burial will follow at Bowen Family Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Born on November 15, 1956 in Scotland County, he was the son of the late Nathan and Gladys Bowen Dunn.

Casey worked as a farmer and a member of the River of Life Ministries.  His favorite things to do were gardening, helping others, and cooking.  He is well known for his special breakfast meals. Casey is survived by his wife of 39 years, Diane Porter Dunn of the home; step-children, Evelyn Locklear (Patrick) of Pembroke and Suzanna Bordeaux (Jeremy) of Fayetteville; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
