Carl Darrell Keating, Sr., 50, of 19 Patton Street died Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at MeLeod Regional Hospital in Florence.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium in Laurinburg. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Driggers Keating; a son, Darrell Keating, Jr. of Bennettsville; daughters, Amy Colman and Dee Keating of Greenville, and Angie Keating of Bennettsville; his mother, Flora Keating of Bennettsville; brother, Robert Keating of Bennettsville; sister, Diane Polston of Bennettsville; 5 grandchildren.
Born October 19, 1957 in Bennettsville, he was also a son of the late Robert Keating and a former employee of Oak River and Mohawk.
