Cameron Morrison "Cam" Locklear

Mr. Cameron Morrison "Cam" Locklear, 82, of Locklear Road died Thursday, May 23, at his home.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Oak Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He is survived by a son, Cameron W. Locklear and wife, Pat of Chesterfield, SC; four daughters, Carolyn Walters of Laurinburg, Christine Locklear and husband, William of Laurinburg, Agnes Walters and husband, Horace of Raeford, and Maxine Allen and husband Charles of Cheraw, SC; a brother, Wade Locklear and wife, Flora of Maxton; a sister, Beulah Locklear of Laurinburg; four grandchildren, Keith Walters, Ashley Locklear, Cammie Locklear, and Penny Wilkerson; four great grandchildren, Megan Wilkerson, Logan Wilkerson, Davin Wilkerson, and Jordan Long. His wife, Georgia Ella Oxendine Locklear, whom he married on February 26, 1942, predeceased him.
Born May 1, 1920 in Scotland County, Cam was a US Army veteran of World War II, serving in Australia. He was a retired farmer, a retired employee of LOF, and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
