Britton Patrick Brayboy

Britton Patrick Brayboy, known affectionately as Patrick, left this world far too soon on March 23, 2025, at the age of 34.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service and Crematorium Chapel, officiated by Pastor Tracy Gross.

Born on August 31, 1990, in Scotland County, North Carolina. Patrick was the cherished son of Britton Brayboy, Jr. (Kristy) of Laurinburg, and Suzzane Michelle Mauldin (John) of Laurel Hill; children, Britton Kameron Brayboy and La’Niya Angel-Rayne Brayboy; his siblings: Brittnay Michelle Brayboy of Laurinburg, Seaira Brooke Berry, of Bradenton, FL, Cory Austin Berry, of Hasty, Jennifer Marie Moore, Holden Gage Berry, and Jordan Ray Rosiaro, both of Laurel Hill; grandmother, Josephine Berry of Laurel Hill; his stepsisters, Kelsey Webster of Wagram, Kortney Webster of NY, Khrissa Bullard and Chyella Strickland, both of Laurinburg; and stepbrother, Issaiah Bullard, of Laurinburg; and mother of his children, Courtny Brooke Perry. Patrick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Linda Smith Brayboy and Britton Brayboy, Sr. Patrick was self-employed in construction.  He loved his children, spending time with his family, sports and working outdoors. As we bid farewell to Patrick, we are reminded of the beauty of a life well-lived, no matter how brief. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, hard work, and compassion that will continue to inspire those who knew him. We take comfort in the memories he has left us. Patrick’s absence will be deeply felt by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Yet, we are grateful for the time we had with him and for the love and laughter he brought into our lives.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service and Crematorium.
