Brenda Mae Tucker, 79, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
A funeral service will be held Friday, February 2, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Biscoe, officiated by Rev. Michael Greene.
Born November 13, 1944, in Montgomery County, she was the daughter of the late Calvin James and Ruth Hannah Shaw. Brenda loved being a nurse at the hospital and helping others. She enjoyed talking to others, shopping, and cooking.
She is survived by her husband, Donald “Pinto” Herman Tucker of the home; granddaughter, Megan Myers (Daniel) of Denton; great-grandson, Raylen Myers; daughter, Kimberly Potts (Brad) of Salisbury; and granddaughter, Sidney Potts.
