Mrs. Bonnie Mae McKenzie McInnis, 92, formerly of Wagram died Thursday, February 14, at the Brian Center in Winston-Salem.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Montpelier Presbyterian Church officiated by the Rev. Holly Russell and the Rev. Dr. Howard Whitehurst. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.

She is survived by a son, Campbell McInnis of Pfafftown; three daughters, Alice Harris and husband, Jimmy of Zebulon, Ellen Proctor of Spring Hope, and Margaret Small and husband, Jerry of Shallotte; a sister, Marie Campbell of Fayetteville; ten grandchildren, Allyson (Tony) Creech of Zebulon, David (Lisa) Proctor of Eagle, CO, Billy Proctor of Zebulon, Amy (Nathan) Newsome of Lewisville, Jenny Dunn of Shallotte, Shelli McInnis of Zebulon, Meg (Wes) Taylor of Morganton, Mary Catherine (Brian) Middleton of Winston-Salem, Jamie (Autumn) Harris of Zebulon, and Neal McInnis of Pfafftown; and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Angus C. McInnis and brother, Murphy McKenzie.

Bonnie was born November 11, 1915 in Moore County, a daughter of the late Daniel A. and Vina Lewis McKenzie. She was the cafeteria operator at Wagram School for 25 years, until her retirement in 1980. Bonnie was also a former youth Sunday school teacher at Montpelier Presbyterian Church and was also active in church circles and the Women of the Church.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. until service time at the fellowship hall of Montpelier Presbyterian Church.
