Betty Knight Stubbs, 76, passed away Friday, October 5, 2012.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Huckabee Grove Emmanuel Holiness Church officiated by the Rev. Larry Singletary. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Randall Stubbs and Richard Stubbs of Laurel Hill, Gregory Stubbs and Joey Stubbs of Monroe; her sisters, Peggy Bolke of Aiken, SC and Virginia Herring of Hudson.
Born May 19, 1936 in Laurel Hill, she was a daughter of the late R. D. and Mattie Knight. She loved raising her sons, and formerly served with Mamie's Drive-In in Laurel Hill. In her free time she also enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
