Mrs. Betty Cornelia Rorie Smith, 80, of 714 Westover Drive died Sunday, November 12, 2006 at Lee County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be 12 noon Wednesday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
Born April 12, 1926 in Union County, she was a daughter of the late John Clayton and Minnie Gulledge Rorie. She was the owner and operator of Smith Meat Market.
She is survived by a son, Charles Smith and wife, Shelia of Sanford.
Visitation will be will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
