Bertha Mae Liles Mcallister
May 16, 1921 — July 10, 1999
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 3:00PM in the McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Tyson officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Aaron Pace, William Pace, William Bullard, Chad Boone, Wayne Floyd, and Jason McCallum.
Born May 16, 1921 in Hamlet, NC, she was the daughter of the late Sandy and Edna Chavis Liles. Her husband L.W. Liles preceded her in death. A homemaker she was amember of the Pentecostal Holiness faith.
She is survived by two sons; Buddy McAllister of Royal Palm Beach, FL, and Larry McAllister of Laurinburg; three daughters, Mary McAllister, Martha Fields, and Mildred Ricketts all of Laurinburg; a sister, Ruby Yarborough of Fairmont, NC. Ten Grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren also survive her.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
